I started Buildberg because I kept seeing the same pattern in services businesses: a small team burning hours on work that could run itself. Missed calls that should have been answered by an AI receptionist. Lead qualification that should have happened in a CRM automation. Reporting that should have been a dashboard. Manual work hiding behind the label of "service."

My focus is building the systems that replace that manual work. Voice AI agents that answer every call, qualify leads, and book appointments. Everything I write on this blog comes from real projects. If you see a pricing number, an integration path, or a workflow diagram, we have shipped something like it. The patterns and trade-offs I share are the ones we have hit in production, not theory.
