About Osama

I work on the part of the stack most teams avoid until it is on fire: CRM hygiene, event tracking, and the reports leadership actually reads on Monday morning.

My day-to-day splits between HubSpot and GoHighLevel setups for services businesses and agencies, and product analytics work inside Mixpanel, Amplitude, and PostHog for SaaS teams. The common thread is turning messy activity data into numbers that decide what the team should do next.

If you need a CRM that tells you the truth about your pipeline, event tracking you trust, or dashboards that do not require translation, that is what I spend most of my time on.
